Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for defective or wrong items only, with valid unboxing video proof.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

ZAVRAQ accepts returns and exchanges only for products that are verified as defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly shipped (wrong item, wrong size, wrong colour). We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, or products that have been used, washed, or altered after delivery.

Parcel Verification at Delivery

When your order is dispatched, the seller / ZAVRAQ team uploads a parcel product image on your order details page. At the time of delivery, you are strongly advised to verify the received parcel against this uploaded image before accepting it. This helps confirm that the correct product has been shipped and received.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To file any return or exchange claim, the customer must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video of the parcel from the moment it is opened. The video must clearly show the sealed parcel, the unboxing process, and the product inside. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted. This policy ensures a fair process for both the customer and ZAVRAQ.

How to File a Claim

If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact ZAVRAQ support within 48 hours of delivery at kgeofficial7@gmail.com or +91 7706820906 with your order ID, the unboxing video, and photos of the issue. Our team will review your claim and respond within 24–48 hours.

Exchange Process

Once a claim is approved, ZAVRAQ will arrange for the defective or wrong product to be picked up and a replacement will be dispatched. The exchange is subject to product availability. If the same product is not available, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Process

Refunds, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. COD advance amounts are refunded to the customer's bank account. Shipping and COD handling charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-printed or personalised products, products that have been worn, washed, or altered, and products where the customer selected the wrong size are not eligible for return or exchange.
