Please read these terms carefully before placing orders on ZAVRAQ.
Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed on ZAVRAQ are subject to confirmation, stock availability, and serviceability of the delivery address. We may cancel or limit an order in case of pricing, stock, technical, or fraud-related issues.
Pricing and Payments
Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice. Razorpay is used for online transactions. An order is treated as confirmed only after successful payment authorization and order creation.
COD and Shipping Advance
For eligible COD orders, 30% of product amount plus a fixed ₹40 COD shipping charge is collected online in advance. The advance amount is required to confirm COD orders, and shipping/courier charges are non-refundable if the order is refused or not accepted at delivery.
Dispatch and Delivery
Most approved orders are dispatched on the same day or next business day. Delivery timelines can vary by courier performance, public holidays, weather, or regional constraints.
Replacement Policy
ZAVRAQ provides replacement support for verified defective, damaged, or wrong items. Customers must keep clear package opening footage (unboxing video) to support claims. Returns and refunds are not guaranteed unless specifically approved by support.
Custom and Bulk Orders
Custom or bulk orders may require design approval and additional production time. Once custom production starts, cancellation or modification may not be possible. Customer-provided designs must not violate third-party rights.
Accounts and Misuse
Users are responsible for maintaining account credentials and accurate contact information. Any misuse, suspicious activity, or policy violations may lead to order cancellation or account restrictions.
